Clifftop Residence sits on a dramatic, wind-exposed block above the coast. The plan steps to follow the land and frames the ocean from the main living level, while deep eaves and sheltered courtyards make the outdoor spaces usable year-round.
Materials were chosen for durability in a salt-air environment without losing the clean, pared-back character the owners wanted.
